The Suriya-starrer Raktha Charithra has reportedly made the Telugu superstar and Praja Rajyam Party leader Chiranjeevi angry. Apparently, a photo, which shows the protagonist in the film tonsuring the head of someone, released by the film’s director Ram Gopal Varma in a microblogging web site, has irked Chiru and his brother Pawan Kalyan.

It is well-known that RC is based on the life of late politician Paritala Ravi and his arch rival Maddelacheruvu Suri, who is serving a sentence in jail. Fans of Pawan and Chiru feel that RGV had deliberately included a scene where the protagonist tonsures the head, is based on the alleged real-life incident, in which Pawan’s head was tonsured due to a land dealinggone wrong.

While Pawan has not commented on this till date, RGV has said tonsuring the head is the most common form of insult and including it in his movie is not wrong.
