For a long time, Powerstar ruled the roast despite of his flop flicks in the market. The craze never went down for this class-mass hero and even some of his flop flicks collected profits. However, the actor in person had never saved a single penny for himself, say insiders. By pumping most of the money for Prajarajyam's Yuvarajyam and for other financiers who lost everything because of his flicks, Pavan had nothing in hand. To rev up his bank accounts, Pawan is said to be doing continuous films and that too with a discounted remuneration. Even on his recent interview, Pawan himself revealed that his financial crisis made him speed up the films in a row.

The other day, ace director Puri is said to have closed a deal with Pawan for a movie. This is followed by Rajamouli's flick and then follows a Srinu Vaitla's or VV Vinayak's, say reports.
