‘Journey’ – A gold mine for distributors

Journey, Telugu dubbed version of Tamil hit ‘Engeyum Eppothum’ has become a super hit silently during the year 2011. This movie has received a lot of critical approval and also got taste of commercial success, it also is going strong in several areas.

As per the information that has been received, the movie has turned into a gold mine for the distributors who are benefitting a lot from it. The film has been selected for about Rs. 5 lakhs in East Godavari but the movie has fetched about Rs. 46 lakhs till date.

It has been estimated that the movie has pulled a share of about 53 lakhs during its lifetime, this movie was picked for 35 lakhs in Nizam but has grabbed a share of about 1 crore 95 lakhs till now. The profit till now attained by this movie is quite surprising, it appears as if Suresh Kondeti who has got the Telugu rights of this movie has made a great move by acquiring its rights.
